CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY OF JAIPUR TO HOME :

Cancellations: 

If you would like to cancel your order before its been dispatched from our fulfillment center, please write to us on whatsapp at +91-6376946776 with your order details. We will cancel the order without any extra fees.

If the order has been dispatched and you do not want to receive the same, kindly inform our team at whatsapp +91-6376946776 and refuse to take delivery. We will be deducting to and fro shipping charges and a cancellation fee of Rs. 50.

Returns / Replacements:

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the JaipurToHome website, you have an option to raise return/replacement request within 3 days of delivery of product. For any used product or delay in raising request, we reserve the right to charge any fees that may be required for replacement of tags, rewashing, or disposing off a used product for hygienic purpose.

Question :- What is Special Condition for Return?

Answer: - Special Condition of Return Meaning if you want return product with special condition return reason you will bear both side shipping charges. But if mistake from our side We bear all charge.

 

NOTE ;- Please note that we may ask for videos of the product to approve your request. So, kindly Make videos while unboxing the order. 

 

Video guidelines for your reference:--

  1. Label must be visible on the video itself clearly showing the AWB Number and order ID.
    2. The video has to be recorded in one stretch, clearly showing all actions. Any edited videos, with cuts in between, will not be accepted.
  2. The packaging has to be opened in the video only. Cases, where the packaging has been pre-opened before recording the video, will not be accepted.
    4. All the sides of the package should be clearly displayed in the video.

Procedure:

You can either request replacement unit or return the product and get your money back. To raise return/replacement requests, kindly WhatsApp us on  +91-6376946776 along with reason for return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for photo or videos of the product to approve your request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order.  

Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue store refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.


Please note that for both returns and replacements, there will be a fee of Rs. 50 and actual two way shipping charges will be applicable. 

Please note that the JaipurToHome exchange and repair policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges outside of India. In the unlikely event that a product requires a repair within the warranty period, please contact us on whatsapp +91-6376946776. In most cases, you will be expected to return the product by courier at your cost to an address in India.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit or discount coupon of agreed refund value. 



If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
